The user of the application can:
- Through the service, send photos and a description of the pledged item at the same time to several closest partners-pawnshops;
- Get a preliminary estimate from partners-pawnshops and choose the most suitable offer;
- Select the nearest pawnshop on the map, which is a partner.

It is important that through the service, users cannot transfer a thing to a pawnshop and conclude an agreement, the service offers only a preliminary assessment from partners-pawnshops.

Lomba.io is an information service through which users can choose the most suitable offer from pawnshop partners.

Lomba.io does not operate a pawnshop or provide financial services.

The information that partners-pawnshops send to the user in response to the description of the item is not an advertisement for financial services and is not an offer.
Users enter into contracts directly with a pawnshop partner on agreed terms, without the participation of Lomba.io.

The user independently and under his full responsibility makes all decisions on the conclusion, or not to conclude any transactions with partners-pawnshops.

The service does not participate in the process of concluding transactions between users and pawnshop partners.
